Beer description
The only Simcoe hops used give the beer a floral and fruity aroma. The taste of pear and blackberry predominates. In combination with jasmine, elderflower and linden flowers, it creates a fresh spring taste. Everything is complemented by the citrus character of lime, grapefruit and earthy tones of resin.
