Old Fashioned Dust Up is the first collaboration brew between Sawdust City and Tooth & Nail. A rustic pale ale inspired by Sawdust City’s Sam and Tooth & Nail’s Matt’s mutual love of a classic Trappist ale. Filled with Brettanomyces Bruxellensis induced funk with notes of citrus and candied pineapple.This ale has a light, cracker-malt body with a classic noble hop flavour through the middle ending with a dry finish.
