Hoppin’ Frog Brewery - Old-School Baltic Porter

Collaborating with the famous Fermentoren in Copenhagen, we designed this tasty dark beer to be remeniscent of the original Baltic Porters, with many layers of roasted and toasted and caramelized malt flavors. Brewer at their Dry & Bitter Brewing Company, Hoppin' Frog brewmaster Fred Karm along with Fermentoren's Søren Wagner enhanced this old-world style with just a little black pepper to add complexity and depth.
