Olde Mecklenburg - Weizen-Bock

Störtebeker Weizen-Bock is a top-fermented specialty beer with an original gravity of 16.5%. Alcohol content: 7.2% ABV. Pale wheat malt gives it its deep golden color and full body. Warm fermentation with top-fermenting yeast brings out fruity aromas of ripe banana, a hint of clove, and a fine carbonation. The German hop varieties Tradition and Mandarina Bavaria provide a delicate bitterness, while the US hop variety Sabro© lends the beer subtle citrus notes. Serving temperature: 10°C.
