Spontaneous, sour
Fermentation
Beer description
Aroma of all these sour fruits you can imagine- cherries, currants, strawberries, etc. Taste is fruity, acidic (but it's not wild, I think- all the sourness comes from the fruits). Tart, astringent. Sadly, the beer seems poor, unbalanced and one/two-dimensional: ordinary ale on one hand plus these acidic juices standing separately, with no bonding engineered. Week for Olimp, not scandalously bad in general.
