Beer description
Freezes in the veins of beer is boiled acidic alum from Ölvisholt. The sourdough used Greek yoghurt from Arna and the beer was then spiced with birch-smoked salt from Saltverk. The origin of the beer style "gosa" can be traced to the town Goslar in Germany where the water is rich in salt. Freeze in the blood vessels beer is fresh, lightly salted, slightly smoked and whey-dried dry beer that goes well with dry food.
