Heims um bjór is Ölvisholt‘s Christmas Ale. Here is a malty ale with taste of caramel, made with Belgian yiest and brewed with Mandarina hops wich gives the beer a flavour of the season. Finally we added a splash of Christmas Magic to make it perfect.
