A bright lager beer brewed using the old method with low oxygen content, noble hops, malted barley, and a traditional Munich yeast. The brewery has developed its brewing water from scratch to create a perfectly clean base for the nuanced German hop profile, soft, straw-like maltiness, and crisp refreshing finish that are at the heart of this beer.
