Beer description
The next part of the water research series. The brewery is reducing the water they use for their lagers back to the pure H2O molecule, in order to create a water profile that fits any location in the world. This summer, they will venture to sunny Fiji, using the same water profile as the pristine springs of Fiji that have been made famous by Fiji Water.
Influenced by the light and tropical brewing techniques of Australasia, expect a slim and balanced, slightly sweet maltiness with a robust NZ hop character and a lively, crisp finish. Vakacaucautaki!
