As they are able to reduce the water they use for their beers down to the pure H2O molecule, they can create the water profile and adapt it to any location in the world. This summer, they will head to sunny Croatia using the same water profile that you would find in the natural springs in Gorica Svetojanska, Croatia.
Influenced by the brewing techniques of Central Europe and the liveliness of the Mediterranean, you can expect a balanced, lightly sweet maltiness with a robust continental hop character and a lively, long-lasting finish.
