One Drop - Skewer

Brewed with our forever pals Kev and Basil at Finback in New York, USA, Skewer is one of the biggest and tightest pastry stouts we’ve done to date. A 7-grain double-mash with an eight-hour boil provides an incredibly deep and rich base to express more cocoa nibs, vanilla beans, and toasted coconut than we’ve ever used in a beer. Ever. Their fans are no stranger to their affinity for coconut, so working with the Finback crew to bring some of that coco love down under has been a real pleasure.
