One Drop - Subtle Era

Subtle Era is a fruited DIPA made with our pals Kyle and Jean at Tired Hands Brewing in Philadelphia, US of A. Combining our love for fruit, hops, and the subtlety in each, we were hands-on in our approach to this Double IPA, working tirelessy to integrate additions of NZ Feijoa and Phantasm with fresh kiwi cones, all while maintaining balance and drinkability throughout. A true expression of times past, an homage to the post-modern current, and a champion of the subtlety that is often overshadowed by the obtuse. Brewed with pals, to be enjoyed festivitively.
