Beer description
Swing Low is an absurd unit of a Pastry Sour fresh from the pilot program. Brewed with date syrup and lactose, they then slowly fermented it with a bunch of delicious bananas and white chocolate. To round off this divine combination, they added fresh coconut cream and a hint of natural bourbon vanilla extract during bottling to achieve a decadent Easter note.
