Garage Beer Co. - One look & else is extra

This beer made sense in many ways. Firstly, Gamma’s Mar used to lived in Barcelona for many years and is a close Garage friend. Having just returned from a trip to Mexico, that countries bold flavours were fresh in the mind. When one of the brewers here at Garage had also just been to San Diego and Tijuana, it felt like there was only one direction we wanted to take for this beer. Inspired by a Hibiscus Margarita cocktail, we brewed a low abv, extremely drinkable beer that’s loaded up with Hibiscus flower, Lime zest, Orange zest and salt. Hibiscus brings tart flavours similar to cranberry and it perfectly complimented by the citrus zest. A dry finish with a touch of salinity makes this a thirst quencher built for warm days in the sun.
