Open Gate - Chocolate Mint Stout

The combination of two very familiar flavors - mint and chocolate - in a big, bold bourbon cask aged stout. We used dried mint in the whirlpool and pure post-cask liquid cocoa to blend with the oak, vanilla and bourbon flavors of our bourbon casks. It's reminiscent of each of those desserts that come to mind when you read the name of this beer. Please enjoy responsibly!
