The opportunity to share knowledge and experiment with new techniques or products are, in our opinion, the most important aspects when collaborating with another brewery. This Triple Ipa with Krush and Citra brewed with our brothers at Fermentage is a great example of what a collaboration should be. It is the first Triple Ipa brewed by both brands, in which we debuted a yeast, changed the hop utilisation method in order to reduce contact time while still increasing efficiency and added hops at a completely different temperature than usual. Now that it's in the glass, we're sure it was worth it and that it will serve as a precedent for what we will brew in the future!
