Forged in the frozen stillness of Saturn’s moon, Enceladus shines white in the cosmos yet pours dark in the glass. An 8% Cream Stout swirling with silky white chocolate, toasted hazelnut warmth and ripe banana glow. Indulgent and irresistibly smooth. Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Elmeleven, this is our return journey after their vibrant Pulp Sour crafted with the same celestial trio of adjuncts. Two beers sharing one orbit and bound by the same gravity. It’s an honor to create alongside brewers who have been good friends and a constant source of inspiration.
