Beer description
Bavarian wheat beer at its best - light, refreshing and aromatic. We used equal parts of Pilsner and wheat malt and an original yeast strain from the Munich area. The taste and aroma are mainly due to pale wheat malt , which imparts grain aromas. They combine with notes of spices and bananas, which are obtained through the work of the yeast.
