Beer description
It takes as its model the Session IPA, a less alcoholic version of American IPAs, in which the bittering and aromatic strength of the hops (usually of US origin) is combined with great drinkability and a rather slender body. In addition, however, this beer also has some characteristics of New England IPAs, a recent evolution of American IPAs, characterised by a cloudy appearance, an exotic fruit aroma, a limited bitterness component and a velvety body. The recipe uses Idaho 7 and Sabro hops. Notes of peach, tropical fruit, apricot, citrus and resin can be found in the aroma profile, and further away tendencies similar to resin, spices, melon and flowers.
