Orca - NaPizza Amalfi

Conceived and brewed together with the Neapolitan pizza restaurant “NaPizza” from Nuremberg & Fürth. - Toni & Ciro, two real guys from Naples who are passionate about pizza like no one else. Amalfi lemons play the leading role in this beer: the zest and juice provide wonderfully intense, multi-layered citrus notes. Its taste is less sour, but sweeter, more floral & altogether more complex than “normal” lemons - perfect for giving a light pale ale that certain something. The subtle malt base & gentle hopping allow the Amalfi lemon to take center stage without interfering. It's refreshingly tangy, has a wonderfully citrusy aroma and remains light and drinkable - like a Mediterranean lemonade, only as a beer.
