Orca - Anders! Modern IPA - Mosaic

"Anders! Modern IPA" is a modern interpretation of India Pale Ale - naturally cloudy, fresh, juicy and incredibly fruity. The hop varieties vary with each batch, but one thing remains the same: the full flavor explosion of tropical fruits from the hops. Brewed with barley and wheat malt, fermented with a special yeast that also creates fruity aromas, and always intensively dry-hopped - in this version with Mosaic Cryo. The result? Bright yellow, velvety, creamy and soft, with aromas of mango, pineapple, papaya and lime, accompanied by a hint of resin and herbs in the finish. Little bitterness, instead a perfectly balanced hoppiness, pleasant sweetness and a super smooth drinking experience. Each batch is different - but always a treat!
