The result is a fresh, light, and wonderfully drinkable Belgian witbier that is perfect for summer - and for anyone who doesn't take the enjoyment of beer too seriously. Brewed with a portion of wheat raw fruit, refined with orange peel and coriander seed, fermented with a classic Belgian witbier yeast. The result: citrus freshness, light spiciness, creamy body, and a wonderfully balanced lightness at only 3.8% ABV.
