Bella Ciao – Aperitivo Style Ale. Wit with Nelson Sauvin hops, cherry, vanilla, hibiscus, and wood chips. “Bella Ciao” is inspired by Italian aperitifs such as Negroni, Aperol, and Ramazzotti – only in beer form. It is based on a Belgian wit. Packed with Nelson Sauvin hops from New Zealand, fermented with cherry, and aged with vanilla, hibiscus blossoms, and oak chips. The result: fruity, floral, and spicy with a fine, elegant bitterness reminiscent of aperitifs. The cherry brings fresh fruitiness, vanilla provides a soft roundness, hibiscus contributes subtle dry and floral notes, and the oak wood adds depth and structure.
