Beer description

Classic Cream Ale – clear, crisp, and effortlessly drinkable. Brewed with Pilsner malt and corn flakes, traditionally hopped, and fermented warm with lager yeast for a touch of fruity character. Refreshing, light, and smooth with zero resistance. Brewed for the book ‘Bier brauen für Einsteiger’ by and with Dave, releasing this October. The beer is a true American classic, originally crafted as the US answer to German lagers.
