Beer description
"Somewhere there is always summer #2" is a modern interpretation of a New Zealand Lager. The base is a classically brewed, light lager beer: clear, cleanly fermented, wonderfully drinkable. Specifically placed New Zealand hop accents give the beer its special freshness and elegance.
During brewing and in the whirlpool, Rakau hops are used, bringing subtle notes of stone fruit, delicate sweetness, and soft spice. In the cold stage, the beer is then refined with Motueka hop kief from Freestyle Hops. Hop kief is the particularly aromatic lupulin concentrate of the hop cone - extremely fine, very clear, and elegant. This creates precise aromas of lime, flowers, light tropical fruit, and fresh citrus notes, without throwing the lager out of balance.
The result is a light, fresh, floral-fruity Lager with a high drinkability, modern aromatics, and a clear line. Elegant rather than loud, summery rather than playful - a beer that simply goes down well.
