Brewed with the American hop icons Mosaic and Simcoe, it brings a powerful load of tropical fruits, resinous pine notes, and citrusy power. We deliberately avoided excessive sweetness and haze. Instead, a classic American Ale yeast provides a clean, dry-fermented base, while a well-dosed hop bitterness rounds it all off.
