Beer description
Classic Kellerbier with a subtle, modern touch thanks to the use of Callista in the whirlpool. Smooth, drinkable and uncomplicated, yet with a delicate, elegant aroma that adds an extra dimension to the beer.
Callista, a new hop variety from the region, brings subtle notes of red berries and light stone fruit into play. The balance is just right: the classic malt base remains, while a fresh, modern note is added.
In the glass, the Kellerbier presents itself as amber-golden, naturally cloudy and with a stable foam crown. The aroma is mild-malty with a hint of fruity freshness. On the palate, it is soft and round, slightly bready, subtly spicy, and with a gentle, delicate berry-like hop note on the finish.
