Orca - Kellerbier Hallertauer Cascade

This Kellerbier is a classic example of its style with a little twist through the use of "Hallertauer Cascades". Soft, smooth and simply uncomplicated. Intensely hopped with Hallertauer Cascade, an American hop that is now also grown in the Hallertau region, giving the beer fine herbal citrus notes and a hint of grapefruit. In the glass, the Kellerbier appears luminous amber-gold, unfiltered yet clear, with a stable foam. The aroma is mild malty with fresh hop aromas. On the palate, it is soft and round, slightly bready, subtly sweet and with a gentle, citrusy fresh hop note that never gets too loud.
