Beer description

The "Local IPA" captivates above all by its locality and naturally intense fruitiness that comes from the hops. Only the regionally grown hop varieties "Ariana", "Mandarina Bavaria" and "ZS03" were used - both in the hot section and hop plugging in the tank. The latter hop is a new experimental hop from the "Hopfenverwertungsgenossenschaft" from Wolznach in the Hallertau region. It brings an exotic fruity note to the beer. A classic and pleasantly drinkable, palatable and fruity IPA which is suitable for both "beginners" and "lovers" of "tasty hop beverages".

Leichter Schaum, goldene Farbe. Geruchlich leicht fruchtig. Geschmacklich ausgewogen zwischen bitter und süß. Erfrischend.

Orangegelb, trüb, wenig grobporiger Schaum. In der Nase sehr fruchtig, hopfig, vor allem Zitrusaromen. Im Mund Mandarine, Südfrüchte, hinten raus gute Bittere, die für ein IPA aber…
