Der Rebell 36 – Märzen-style bread beer.
For the fourth time, we have teamed up with the Feihl bakery in Neumarkt. This time, we have created a classic Märzen with a wonderful bread character.
The alcoholic malt beverage “Der Rebell” is made with leftover specialty bread “Der Rebell 36.” Bread that was not sold but is far too good to go to waste. The result is a finely malty, bread-like, full-bodied beer with a gentle spiciness, a juicy body, and subtle roasted notes.
The result: malty, smooth, full of character – perfect with a snack, cheese, roast meat, or just on its own.
