Beer description
SINGLE MALTZ - Festive beer with whisky oak chips.
Single Maltz is a festive beer that combines classic Franconian brewing culture with Scottish whisky tradition. Brewed in collaboration with the St. Egidien Church in Nuremberg, whose historical connection to Scotland was the reason for this style.
The base is a full-bodied, finely malty festive beer - warm, round, slightly sweet and wonderfully drinkable. It was then refined in the storage tank with oak chips that were previously flavored with whisky from Lindores Abbey. The wood imparts gentle notes of vanilla, tannin, slight peatiness and mild whisky aromatics, without dominating the beer yet still providing flavor.
The result: a classic festive beer - enhanced by whisky, fine wood tones, and an elegant, smooth depth.
