Created in collaboration with Gregor & Luise, the incredibly creative and friendly hobby brewing couple behind "Die Hopfengärtner" - gold medal winners of the German Hobby Brewers Championship 2024 in the creative beer category. This beer is a harmonious explosion of flavors: mango puree meets fresh yuzu juice, a touch of salt brings body and freshness, Ma Khaen pepper from Laos adds depth, floral spice, and a hint of exoticism, fermented with Lallemand's Philly Sour yeast for an elegant, mild acidity. All based on a Gose-style sour ale. The result: a summer sip like no other - wild, playful, rounded, and absolutely quaffable.
