Orca - Spread Love Stay Juicy

"Spread Love Stay Juicy" - Double New England IPA with Mosaic, Citra, and Hallertauer Blanc hops. Intensely hopped, creamy in body, and very drinkable. We used the all-time favorites Mosaic and Citra, which provide rich notes of mango, passion fruit, citrus, and ripe stone fruit. To round it off, Hallertauer Blanc comes into play, bringing an elegant, slightly grape-like freshness. This makes it not only tropical, but also finely balanced. The body is full, round, and soft. Brewed with the typical NEIPA malt profile, which provides for this creamy texture that almost feels melting. Fermented with the "Pomona yeast" from Lallemand. Despite being 8.0%, the drinking flow remains high. The bitterness is smoothly integrated, the aromatics intense, but not chaotic. Typical for us: lots of hops, lots of character - but with structure. Juicy, exotic, round. A Double IPA that has pressure, but does not overwhelm and fits perfectly with the sunshine and the good life.
