"To The Stars And Back" is a West Coast Double IPA with a classic attitude and modern interpretation. Clear, fine sweetness, pleasant bitterness and hop-forward – but not bone dry. Instead, this beer brings a light, elegant sweetness that perfectly carries the orangey, citrusy hop aromas and ensures surprisingly good drinkability. Hopped with Elani, Strata, and Amarillo, a flavor profile of orange, grapefruit, ripe stone fruit, pine, and a light resinousness unfolds. The bitterness is present, clean, and pleasantly bitter, without dominating. Despite its 8.5% ABV, the beer remains dangerously drinkable – with a natural amount of alcohol, decent pressure, and just the right amount of "booze & boom."
