Orca - Trời Ơi

Trời Ơi! was brewed in close collaboration with our friends at Restaurant Chung in Fürth. Trời Ơi! is a light, dry lager, brewed with a high proportion of rice and Pilsner malt, fresh and light. It is refined with peach puree, dried shiso from Chung's own garden (citrusy, spicy, slightly aniseed-like) and a cold extract of oolong tea for depth and floral, almost meditative notes. A beer reminiscent of peach tea drinks from South Korea – modern, fresh, and incredibly harmonious. Perfectly paired with delicate, aromatic dishes, sushi, pho, dim sum, summer rolls, or simply enjoyed on its own.
