Jing-A Brewing Co. - Orchard Plum

Dreamed, brewed, aged, fruited: Orchard Plum is the delicious culmination of years of planning. On a base of Koji Red Ale barrel aged in cabernet sauvignon barrels, we added 300kgs of unbelievably fresh plums from a Zhangjiakou orchard. The result: a complex, layered beer that pours a vivid lavender and carries its wine-like character with rich notes of brett, funk and plum jam.
