This lager spends 30-45 days in a tank before it get to your glass. Lagering is a process that uses bottom fermenting yeast and long conditioning times at cold temperatures to deliver a clear, tasty beer. Because of the lower alcohol and tastiness of this Pilsner, the Brewer’s recommendation is to have more that one pint.
