Spicy - Citrusy - Crisp
Hafn is inspired by Germany and the Czech Republic and brewed with the herbal Tettnang and spicy Saaz hops, while the lighter lager malt provides a crisp-refreshing body.
The Vikings used Stromness as a safe harbor when traveling to, from, or around the Orkney Islands. This harbor, called Hafn in Old Norse, protected their longboats from strong tidal currents with its natural headland. This harbor still offers protection for boats today, just as it did long before the Norsemen came to Orkney.
