If Himo's head chef Kalle Hirvikoski is correct, this "summer pilsner" is his best lager. Ever. Who are we to question it. Untappd will take care of that side. The Oscillator is a beautiful golden beer. The taste is beautiful too: the grain sweetness of the Vieno and the drying crispness of the bitter go hand in hand down the same birch lane towards the grain field. Naked and harmonious. This is summer. This is pilsner.
