This Panaché is made for moments when one seeks refreshment - and wants to maintain clarity. Light, fizzy and surprisingly complex.
The base is our alcohol-free lager beer, brewed from Pilsener malt and caramel malt, which gives the beer structure and a subtle malty undertone. In the background, Hallertauer Tradition and Saazer hops provide a subtle bitterness and balance.
The beer is refined with 50% grapefruit-yuzu lemonade. The grapefruit brings a pleasant, slightly bitter freshness, while the yuzu adds tension and elegance with its fine citrus note. The result is a Panaché that is lively and refreshing without being sweet or overpowering.
Produced in Switzerland with respect for craftsmanship, raw materials, and conscious enjoyment. For sunny afternoons, long evenings - or simply when one craves something light with character.
