OSMO - Weizen

In this wheat beer, ripe banana notes unfold already in the first scent, embedded in soft wheat aromas. On the palate, the beer is round and balanced. The high carbonation leads to good drinkability. The base is a carefully balanced malt blend of Pilsner malt, caramel wheat malt, and wheat malt. It gives the beer its color and intensifies both the body and the aroma. The hops intentionally remain in the background: Hallertauer Tradition and Saphir provide a delicate, elegant balance that carries the banana aroma without overshadowing it.
