Unfiltered and unpasteurised top-fermented beer, between 6 and 7 degrees alcohol.
Characterised by a remarkable intensity of aromas and hops giving it a strong and unique character.
Straw colour with golden highlights, creamy and full-bodied foam on the palate served chilled but not chilled. Recommended as a fresh aperitif.
