Beer description
acific IPA with a more delicate and innovative aromatic range than the classic "fruity bombs" produced in this brewing style. After various tests I chose to use three types of hops: Eureka, Azacca and Enigma; so Austral was born .
On the palate “light up” aromas are balsamic, resinous, herbaceous and obviously citrus and fruity, while the malted base refers to the first British IPAs that arrived in India circumnavigating Africa. "Making beer" involves rigorous rational processes, research and verification, but I am convinced that, after all, every beer originates from an inspiration. Austral was born dreaming of the tropics.
