What fascinates me most about Belgian brewing expertise is the ability to produce beers with high alcohol content, incredibly complex, aromatic and balanced. OS7 originates from the admiration for the historical beers brewed in the Belgian Monasteries and we are pleased to say that our Belgian Golden Strong Ale expresses an intense aromaticity: when I drink it I close my eyes and it seems to me to walk in orchards and flower fields . The moderate bitterness, the delicate malty base and the rich bouquet make OS7 a beer to be enjoyed at any time. The medium-high alcohol content "exists but is not felt".
