Otus - Pils

The Pils have had mixed fortunes: in some cases that extra bitterness has limited their spread in favor of the Helles, which is why, wanting to produce an " easy-to-drink " beer , I have carefully taken care of the organoleptic balance. The hopping of our Pils is generous, the malted base is thin and the bitterness is delicate. I based myself on the classic German Pils, but for hops I looked at the Czech Republic and Australia because I wanted a wider aromatic range. Pils 2 is an essential and direct beer , as expected from a good Lager.
