Otus - Red & Go

Red & Go combines and synthesizes two very different types of beer: the Iralandesi Red Ale and the Dusseldorf Altbier. The first are characterized by fruity tones deriving from yeast and which give roundness to the taste, the latter by the effects of a long maturation that usually produces delicate hints of caramel malts, clearly recognizable. Red & Go is a dark amber beer with an alcohol content that reminds me of mythical drinks in British pubs.
