The Bocks are full-bodied beers, among the strongest in the German brewing scene, particularly appreciated in festivals and social occasions for their important residual sugar and for the warm and sweet aromas deriving from caramel malts. The hopping of Redvolution , its greater degree of bitterness than the standard of this style, make it more balanced than the German sisters, while maintaining an important body. The complexity of the aromas ranges from fruit in spirit to dried fruit and coffee.
