Otus Winter Moon

Winter Moon is the sister of OS7, it presents itself with intense aromas of flowers and fruit, but it has a more substantial malty base that expresses toasted and caramelized tones. Still inspired by the Belgian abbey beers, in this case I tried to obtain a product with a rich and complex taste without compromising its drinkability, in short, an organoleptically important seasonal beer in OTUS style, always pleasant even in the less experienced palates. Here too alcohol and aromas play hide and seek. The color of this Belgian Golden Strong Ale reminds me of the colors of fire.
