Ouche Nanon Barrique

The Ouche Nanon "Barrique" beers are beers matured in oak barrels that have either contained great wines or strong alcohols. The Ouche Nanon Barriques are different every year, different barrels, different ageing times, etc. The basis of each barrel is the same: a strong beer with a good proportion of rye malt. The 2019 version is aged in Bourbon casks. The classic ageing period is 4 months but here, thanks to the confinement, we decided to wait a little longer. So it was after 9 months in barrels that we bottled it. These original beers come from the classic tasting estate, each barrel bringing its own personal touch.
