The name of the beer refers to the state of Vermont in the New England region. Vermont comes from the French 'Les Verts Monts', meaning 'the green hills', and our hills are oatmeal. In our NEIPA, we used generous amounts of malt and oatmeal in the hopping, which gives a smooth and velvety feel.
Cold hopping several times creates a beer that is cloudy, juicy and incredibly fruity - mainly citrus and stone fruit in the aroma. The feeling of fruitiness is complemented by a strain of liquid British yeast.

Ein relativ leichtes neipa. Fruchtiger Geruch. Juicy, hazy. Der Abgang is aber eh trocken.
